About Us:
We're an established Liverpool-based alternative/psych rock/pop collective seeking a dedicated vocalist and guitarist (any gender) for the next chapter of our project with a view to join our band. Style of music that takes inspiration from Mac Demarco, Haim, Rex Orange County, Wallows, Sundara Karma, The Cure, Bleachers, Pinegrove, Phoebe Bridgers to name a few. We have a good team supporting us on both the strategy and creative side.
- Completed 5-track EP currently being released, with 2 tracks garnering regular 6k+ monthly listeners on
Spotify. (3 still unreleased)
- Wide support from BBC Intro, Radio X, XS Manchester, CLASH, EARMILK, and Mystic Sons.
- Premiered our second singles music video in CLASH magazine.
- Recently supported Sundara Karma on their UK tour.
- Sold out hometown headline show in 2 days in autumn 2023.
Upcoming:
Over the coming weeks we are playing a UK tour, numerous well known festivals and another hometown headline. After this our current vocalist will be departing due to personal reasons.
The next chapter with you:
- Recording EP 2 and evolving our sound.
- Creating the right visuals to accompany our music
- Playing Summer festivals like Y-Not and Great Escape.
We’re looking for someone:
- Proficient in singing and playing guitar.
- Dedicated - this is not a hobby project.
- Passionate about creating original music, merch, and video art.
- Available for regular gigs.
- With some live performance and studio recording experience.
- 20-30
Preferred:
- Ability to play multiple instruments.
- Familiarity with playing live using backing tracks and click.
Practical Details:
- Band has a touring van so no need to drive yourself around the country.
- Private Rehearsal space with full monitoring system and PAs.
- Full band rehearsals on Mondays and Thursdays, 7pm - 10 pm. With each member having their own
key to attend on other days to practice their craft.
- We all contribute and invest into the band's development.
