Bassist Looking for Drummer – Punk/Rock band South East London

We’re putting together an original rock/punk band in South East London and are looking for a drummer to complete the group.

We’ve already got guitarists and singers involved, and we’re now looking for the right drummer to bring the whole thing together and start building something properly.

We’re all in our 20s and are looking to start from the ground up — write our own songs, rehearse hard, get a strong live set together and start chasing gigs.

None of us are claiming to be perfect musicians. We’re much more interested in finding people who want to improve quickly, have ideas, put the work in and genuinely want to see where this can go.

We’re into HotWax, Lawn Chair, Yard Act, The Clash, Jeanie and the White Boys, Bowie and plenty of post-punk, punk, indie and alternative rock. Loud, stylish music with hooks, energy and attitude.

We’re looking for a drummer who:

Has energy and personality behind the kit
Wants to contribute ideas and help shape the sound
Is up for writing original music
Can commit to regular rehearsals
Wants to play gigs and actually build something
Is ambitious and willing to put the work in

If you’re looking for a band that’s just getting started and want to be there from the beginning, this could be a good fit.

Based in South East London.
