We are SCHISM:IX & unfortunately we have went through alot of changes during the production of our debut EP & now we seek passionate, committed & open minded members who will not clash creatively with the band
SCHISM:IX is an anonymous experimental Metalcore band based in the UK
The project uniquely had a mixed blend from Glasgow to the Southern coast of England so distance is not a barrier BUT local musicians are much more preferred for photoshoots/marketing/collaboration. (But again not a requirement)
Our priority at the moment is finishing our debut EP & building our sound & telling the story we want to tell (1 song remains to complete so the sooner we get to work the better)
We currently have access to decent PR that will give us long term Press coverage (some articles have already been made about us for a band so new to the scene)
This is a serious (and we mean VERY serious) project & no time wasters will be humoured
We are seeking
- Lead Guitarist/Songwriter
- Drummer & or Drum Programmer
- Bassist
Age range between 19-30
Even better if you can cover multiple roles at once (especially on the producing side of things)
We have no need for a vocalist (Our frontman is the vocalist)
You must remember
- This project is anonymous/masked & this MUST be respected to maintain & respect creative vision & identity of members (NDA will be required should you become a full time member)
- This is not a “weekend jam” band this is a serious project that we aim to grow
- We aren’t signed & currently remain fully independent so you will be expected to contribute financially if you are able to
- Gigs are NOT our priority at the moment & our dedication is currently creating music to build up the project & gigs will be discussed in the distant future.
Understand this is a very important personal Project & we seek members with NO drama to bring to the table, just be passionate with us & make music that connects & pushes creative boundaries
You will be sent our website & streaming platforms & even unreleased songs fully mixed & mastered from the EP to SERIOUS messages only
