Vocals with Guitar or Keys needed for Americana / Roots Band Wiltshire & Gloucestershire

Singer (lead & harmony) with guitar & / or keys needed to join an established gigging Americana, Roots Rock & Folk Rock band, based across N Wiltshire, Cheltenham & Gloucester areas.
We’re an energetic and eclectic band, featuring harmony vocals, looking for a fifth member to join our current lineup, which includes:
• Female lead & harmony vocals, also plays fiddle
• Male lead & harmony vocals, also plays electric & acoustic guitars and mandolin
• Bass
• Drums
Our set features rich harmonies, plenty of variety and energy. The material we like includes The Byrds, The Band, Chris Stapleton, Gillian Welch, Tom Petty, Steve Earle, The Long Ryders, lots of British folk rock, John Prine, The Jayhawks Shawn Colvin, CSN&Y, Old Time American, some blues & soul too. We also feature some rocked-up fiddle tunes!
Who we’re looking for: someone with a good solid singing voice (female or male) and plays guitar and / or keys to help fill out our sound and share lead singing duties. Good rhythm and accompaniment skills are important.
You should be available to rehearse weekly. Currently we meet in the Malmesbury area on a weds, daytime. Own equipment and transport needed.
Direct experience of the genre is not essential if you’re adaptable and like learning new stuff!
We can provide a comfortable rehearsal space, top-quality sound equipment (for gigs and rehearsals). We aim to have fun and be supportive. We look to gig about once a month. We’ve played well – attended gigs across Wiltshire and Gloucestershire, including Festivals, Pubs, and Village Halls.
