Im 46, 47? 46? wait what?! in my 40s

Im an experienced bass player, played in a variety of bands, covers to originals.
Covers I mostly covered from 60-now, rock, indie and some pop

I can do backing when the song bass line isn't crazy challenging - so blink 182 stuff - can do - muse stuff - hmmmm no

I am looking for like minded people, who want to hang out once a week, play some tunes, do a gig every so often, once a month would be great, the odd time a few more a month - open to it

I have played all sorts of tracks over the years.

I would love a band who would be up playing rock indie tracks, just good songs

Would be great to be in a band with
- a solid drummer, dont have to be fancy, just really solid and tight, can learn songs and emphasise the groove
- a lead guitarist - understands pedals, understands volume
- a keyboard/synth player or rhythm guitarist
- a lead singer who can hold a note and leave the ego at home... well, the negative part of the ego

i like all sorts, really like sam fender right now, however the list is long and I only really draw the line at doom metal

im a massive pixies fan, radiohead

some stuff I like, and these are just tracks I like and play a bit at the moment, just cos i like them
