Hey! We are a well-established London based 4-piece named ‘Vieira and The Silvers’ looking for a guitarist or a keys player to play two shows with us before the end of the year, with potential to join the project full time.
The two shows we have before the end of the year are a festival in Sheffield at Sidney & Matilda on the 24th of October (travel and accommodation included), and London on the 20th of November at Colours in Hoxton.
We’re between the ages of 23 and 26 years old, rehearse at least once weekly, have our own studio we rehearse out of in Bethnal Green, and play shows, festivals, and tour in the UK and EU regularly. Our next tour for example is a 10 date UK tour in April 2027 to coincide with some new music.
Band is currently a lead vocal and harmonica, one guitar, bass, and drums. Genre is fluid and probably best characterised as ‘Art-Rock’, but we originally bonded over our taste for 60s/70s music. Influences spans lots of different rock music with some worthy mentions including: The Rolling Stones, Radiohead, Talking Heads, Geese, Fontaines DC, Tom Waits, Bob Dylan, Television, Tame Impala, Iggy Pop, The Doors, The Beatles etc etc.
For now we’re looking for someone who can come in and gel well with us all, have similar reference points, and at the very least see how it goes with these two upcoming shows. Songs are written and parts already arranged as we had up to this point had another guitarist. If you think you could be a good fit please get in touch, ideally with some footage of you playing!
