Lead Guitarist Wanted!! :-) Essex

*Male or Female Guitarist Wanted* Essex-Based Rock/Pop/Indie Band

We are an experienced band (age range 40s–50s) with strong female vocals and a tight, driving rhythm section (bass and drums), and we are looking for a new guitarist to complete the line-up, we have already played a number of gigs together but now are in search of a new guitarist.

We play an upbeat mix of rock, pop and indie, covering artists from Stevie Wonder, Fleetwood Mac the Black Crows & Creedance Clearwater right up to The Killers, The Cranberries , Kings of Leon, Teddy Swims and similar crowd-pleasers, we are always open to new ideas and songs you’d like to bring along.

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong rhythm guitarist with solid timing
• Comfortable playing lead and delivering a great solo when needed
• Creative input welcome, happy to shape the setlist together
• Reliable, committed and easy-going

The Plan:
• Rehearse a couple of times a month in Essex (Hutton or Witham studios)
• Gigs generally in Essex (with some already lined up - must be available for 11th April & 1st August
• Aim to play live every couple of months
• Focused but relaxed atmosphere, good music, no egos
