We're looking for an experienced Lead/Rhythm Guitarist with strong backing vocals to complete an ambitious 4-piece function band.
We already have Piano/Lead Vocals, Bass and Drums in place, with members based across Liverpool, Warrington and Runcorn, age range late 30s to early 40s.
We also have our own private 24/7 rehearsal space.
Our aim is to build a tight, polished and professional working band with a view to weddings, corporate functions, pubs, clubs and private events, with a strong emphasis on quality musicianship, and an entertaining live show.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Strong Lead & Rhythm Guitar – Versatile, confident and comfortable covering a wide range of material.
Backing Vocals Are Essential – Must be a capable singer who can confidently deliver harmonies and contribute to the overall vocal sound.
IEM / Click / Backing Track Experience – We use an in-ear monitoring system with backing tracks, so excellent timing and the ability to play tightly to a click are absolutely essential.
Previous Function Band Experience – We're ideally looking for someone who has experience playing weddings, corporate events or in a working covers band and understands what's required.
Own Transport & Professional Equipment – Must have reliable transport and quality, gig-ready gear.
OUR GOAL
We're not looking for an occasional jam or a hobby band. We want to deliver a high-quality, in-demand function band with a diary of paid gigs.
We're looking for someone who shares that ambition, takes pride in their performance and is equally comfortable putting the work in at rehearsals as they are delivering on stage.
Age isn't particularly important – we're more interested in ability, attitude, experience and finding someone who fits well with the rest of the band.
If you're an experienced guitarist with strong backing vocals we'd love to hear from you.
