?? CALLING ALL BASS PLAYERS ??????
New upcoming AOR/Heavy Rock band requiring a bass player.
Based in the Chesterfield/Sheffield area, this talented powerhouse requires an equally talented steed of a bass player to join forces.
A bit about the bands past:
Featuring members from local bands such as Epitaph MMXI, Ziyos, and Thin Lizzy tribute band, T'int Lizzy - we grew a rather large following throughout the country's rock and metal scene gigging and participating in events like Metal To The Masses (M2TM)/Tramlines etc, as well as opening for bands such as Firewind, Blaze Bayley, Power Quest, Outloud, Psychostick, and more. In 2025 we made a group desision to change direction from the power metal scene and pursue a path less walked into the world of big, cheesy hair metal with an added AOR and Heavy Rock spin. Currently writing new material, we plan to gig, record, release and tour in the future. And yes, we already have some demos to send for anyone interested! f*ck YEAH!! We have a 5 track EP written and ready to record, as well as enough material to fill at least 2 full length albums.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a dedicated, talented, no bull sh*t, driven bass player with the capacity to take banter and also give it out. Must have own transport and bass rig. An added bonus to this would be a 5 string bass to hit the deep lows to add a bit more bollocks. Any backing vocals would be a huge plus as we do have big harmonies. Ideally based in the surrounding areas to Chesterfield/Sheffield (North Notts and North Derbs) due to travel - but not fussed if it's further away if you like to travel!
We usually rehearse during the week as this fits well around personal schedules, but we are flexible. We generally rehearse at Vintage and Valve in Chesterfield, with Pirate Studios in Sheffield as our back up.
Please note, we will be treating this a professional band, with release plans for singles and albums, music videos, pro studio work, and securing pro tours with established artists and working the festival scene. As such, commitment is imperative.
