Think a cross between The Raincoats, Einstürzende Neubauten, Nick Drake, early NIN, and old scottish folk songs.
Several demos written but creative input (particularly the addition of noise, improv, weird industrial bits) very welcome.
Ideal qualities include a love of dressing up and dramatic live shows, and an appreciation of the benefits of group singing.
Any instruments welcome: in particular percussionists, drummers, modular synth players, noise artists, music concrète creators. Ideally everyone will join in with vocal harmonies.
Looking to practice one a week or so; I have 24 hour access to a shared practice room across from Aatma in the NQ
Me: 28yo femme-presenting musican, currently bassist and singer in another band too. Jack of all trades and master of none. Big fan of The Olivia Tremor Control, early-90s industrial, and hitting things to see what noise they make.
Some demos here (don’t judge the recording quality lol): https://on.soundcloud.com/A42i1

If you like what you read/hear drop me a message to meet up and see how we could work: the most important thing to me is feeling comfortable enough to be both creative and stupid and see what emerges.
