We are SCHISM:IX & unfortunately we have went through alot of changes during the production of our debut EP & now we seek passionate, committed & open minded members who will not clash creatively with the band & are dedicated long term
SCHISM:IX is an anonymous experimental Metalcore band based in the UK (Scotland)
The project uniquely had a mixed blend from Glasgow to the Southern coast of England so distance is not a barrier BUT local musicians are much more preferred for photoshoots/marketing/collaboration. (But again not a requirement)
Our EP has concluded production & is due to release in Early August
We currently have access to decent PR that will give us long term Press coverage (some articles have already been made about us for a band so new to the scene)
This is a serious (and we mean VERY serious) project & no time wasters will be humoured
We are now seeking
- Lead Guitarist/Songwriter/Producer
- Drummer & or Drum Programmer
Age range between 19-35
Even better if you can cover multiple roles at once (especially on the producing side of things)
We have no need for a vocalist (Our frontman is the vocalist)
You must remember
- This project is anonymous/masked & this MUST be respected to maintain & respect creative vision & identity of members (NDA will be required post EP release should you become a full time member)
- This is not a “weekend jam” band this is a serious project that we aim to grow long term
- We aren’t signed & currently remain fully independent so you will be expected to contribute financially if you are able to
- Gigs are NOT our priority at the moment & our dedication is currently creating music to build up the project & gigs will be discussed in the distant future
Understand this is a very important personal Project & we seek members with NO drama to bring to the table, just be passionate with us & make music that connects & pushes creative boundaries
You will be sent our website & streaming platforms & even unreleased songs fully mixed & mastered from the EP to SERIOUS messages only
