Hi,
I am a 37 year old composer based near Norwich. I have submitted some of my songs to the UK Songwriter Competition. 5 tracks got to the semi-finals with one currently through to the finals.
I have lyrics all ready to go!
Many of my tracks are progressive 80s inspired pop and rock, but there's a few much darker, heavier ones thrown in as well. (I've drummed for some technical metal projects.)
Are there any experienced and creative vocalists that would like to put their stamp on some songs? Your location is irrelevant as long as we can work together throughout the process.
This one below was painful to write. It is a piano driven rock piece inspired by my dad's journey with Alzheimer's disease. It is essentially a character piece as lyrically is entirely from the perspective of somebody going through Dementia.

And here is the one that has gotten into the finals. It is a dark synth driven piece inspired by the Alien franchise.

I would be very grateful for some vocal assistance. I can forward lyrics for anybody wanting to give this a go. I am amenable to male or female vocals, although the Alzheimer's inspired one has to have male vocals as it is inspired by my Dad.
