Southampton-based vocalist looking to start a serious original Progressive Metalcore / Djent / Progressive Metal project.
My main influences are Periphery, ERRA, Invent Animate, Kingdom of Giants, Silent Planet, Breakdown of Sanity, Shrezzers and other modern progressive / atmospheric heavy bands.
I’ve previously covered a lot of modern heavy music, including Periphery, The Word Alive, Kingdom of Giants, Breakdown of Sanity, ERRA, Shrezzers and others.
Vocals
* Harsh vocals / screams
* Deathcore-style vocals
* High clean vocals
* Comfortable switching between melodic and heavy vocals
* High vocal range / comfortable singing higher-key melodies
* Experience with both aggressive and melodic styles
I’m looking to create something original, rather than just another cover band.
I’m particularly interested in modern, atmospheric and technical songwriting — heavy riffs, djent grooves, complex rhythms, breakdowns, ambient sections, big melodic choruses and interesting arrangements.
More than just vocals
I also have experience with the practical/creative side of putting a project together.
I have a basic understanding of home recording, vocal recording and mixing, so I can contribute to recording demos and getting ideas into a usable form rather than relying entirely on someone else.
I’m also into photography, video production and post-production, including shooting live music and editing footage. So eventually I’d be happy to help with the band’s photos, live videos, social media content and visual direction as well.
I also drive and have my own transport, so getting to rehearsals, recording sessions and shows isn’t an issue.
Basically, I’m looking to be part of a project where everyone actually contributes and builds something together.

Based around Southampton / Hampshire, but happy to consider people from Portsmouth, Bournemouth, Winchester or elsewhere if you’re genuinely serious about making the project work.
I’m not looking for a casual jam once every few months. I’d like to actually write music, record, build a proper project and eventually play shows.
I’m also open to musicians who are still developing technically, as long as you’re committed, creative and actually want to make something.
