New post-hardcore / emo / alternative band looking for musicians to complete the lineup.
We currently have a vocalist and guitarist/songwriter and have already started writing/demoing original material.
The sound we're developing sits somewhere around post-hardcore, emo and alternative rock, with big melodic choruses, heavier sections, emotional lyrics and darker theatrical influences. Think along the lines of My Chemical Romance, Funeral for a Friend, Silverstein, Thursday and early Bring Me The Horizon – but we're not looking to just copy another band.
The whole project has a pretty strong identity already:

We're currently looking for:
Drummer
Bassist
Second guitarist / lead guitarist
Backing vocals/screams would be a massive bonus but aren't essential.
We're looking for people who actually want to build a band, write original music, rehearse regularly around Greater Manchester and eventually record properly and play live.
You don't need to be some ridiculous virtuoso. Being creative, reliable and genuinely into the music is much more important. Ideally we'd like people who want to contribute their own ideas rather than just being handed parts to play.
We've already got demo material we can send over so you can hear the direction before committing to anything.
Age isn't massively important, but we're looking for adults who are comfortable with the alternative/post-hardcore scene.
