Hey,
Looking for singers who can ideally play as well (drums/guitar specifically). This past year I've got deep into vocal groups like the Hi-los, Singers Unlimited, Beach Boys & Four Freshmen. I think it's a great edge to have as a band, but I want to bring it forward and away from the novelty (use it to serve the song). You don't have to have experience singing in a group (nor do I really), but good ears are necessary. And while I won't dismiss anyone, I'm keen on backing ourselves up as a group, so it's a plus if you can play well. I'd appreciate links if you have them, but if not we can just meet and see what happens. I'm based in Purley at the moment but can travel. Equally, I can send you things if you like, but I don't have anything recent or vocal-harmony based, so it's a little unreflective.
Let me know if you're interested at all...
