SINGER/FRONT-PERSON wanted urgently for great SOUL BAND Darlington area

Are you a confident and experienced singer,(male or female), who fancies fronting a quality SOUL BAND, based around Darlington.
We are a group of mature, accomplished and lively musicians with huge gigging experience who specialise in playing SOUL classics from the 60’s and 70’s to a high musical standard,(think Otis Redding, Wilson Pickett, Stevie Wonder etc),and we are now looking to replace our great lead singer, who has sadly departed to progress his solo career.
We rehearse in Darlington on an irregular basis,(but on average about once a fortnight), and look to gig no more than once a month at the moment,(though that could well change).
We need someone who is committed both to the SOUL genre, and to the band itself, as we intend this to be a long term project.
