Looking to join or form a band. 22 year old male. I've got songs wrote and demos recorded on my Soundcloud https://soundcloud.com/user-283247435?utm_source=clipboard&utm_medium=text&utm_campaign=social_sharing but I've got many more songs wrote and open to writing new stuff. I am a decent producer (not professional standards but can work logic enough for demos). As a singer I'm more of a baritenor I can do raspy low-endy stuff and also higher stuff with falsettos and I am more than happy to share vocals but I do want to be lead singer on some of them.
I'm inspired by Arctic monkeys, Coldplay, Beatles, velvet underground, strokes, Radiohead, Carole King, Fleetwood Mac, etc. and a lot of modern pop like harry styles, billie eilish, Drake, Fred Again etc.
I'm open to being in a band that makes uptempo music that's going to make people dance, a pop focused band, a moderately alternative band (like Fontaines or radiohead type stuff) or a slower more introspective band like early Coldplay, Marias, Clairo (ideally some kind of a mix of both - I always think bands that can do both have the most interesting catalogues i.e. Fleetwood Mac, Beatles etc.). Whatever style the band is, I want one of the focuses for a lot of the songs we make to be having good sing a long choruses.
By the way if I'm going to be in a band that focuses on getting people moving it needs to be tasteful and good songs (like good riffs and song structure etc.) not just banging some drums and smashing some power chords for an hour.
