(Fleet, Hampshire)

I am looking to put together a female vocal group of 3 ( maybe 4 ) people ( age 20-30 ish ), with a view to making some great records, some great music videos, and seeing where it all goes..
About you: Must be able to sing to a high standard, good image, a team player, fun to record, not too much of a diva, want to be part of a band, and live within an hour ( ish ) of Fleet in Hampshire, as that is where the studio is. So, if you are over the other side of the country, this wont work as it's an ongoing project, so please don't apply if you live miles away.
The studio: Takes up a few rooms of my house. Hybrid Pro Tools studio, separate treated vocal room, loads of plugins and ITB instruments, very nice mics (WA8000, SE Gemini 3, Neuman etc ), high end analogue mix bus outboard gear.
Looking to lean towards quality pop vibe, not too synthy, whatever we can come out with that works. Classic 90's girl band influences perhaps, something inspiring. We can work out songs online, and then organise recording sessions as and when we need them. If you want to get involved in the writing side ( lyrics, top lines etc ), then that would be great. There are quite a few backing track ideas to kick things off, and always more on the way...
I also have a load of music video making kit, Sony 4k camera, stabilisers, editing software, green screens, lighting etc, so I can make music videos, do promo shoots etc. Google "Too Mixed Up, Devil in Me" or "Too Mixed Up, Dance On", for examples of previous things we've done here,.. although that was done on older low res kit, the studio is way better now.
Also, there are no studio time fees for this whatsoever, as it's my studio. We can spend as much time as we want on this project.
Any royalties when we release tracks we can divvy up equally between us, but the focus is to make and release to the world some great records that we can all be very proud of.
So, to give me some idea of your singing ability and image, if you could attach a link of an audio track you've made ( and a photo ), or mp4, or YouTube link etc, even if it's something you've recorded on your phone, will be greatly appreciated.
Should be a good project.. Serious applicants only.
Look forward to hearing from you.
