Ok so I read through like a bunch of posts on here after hearing about this site, and they all seemed a bit woah, a bit serious, I don’t know if I could play bass in a clash cover band maybe I could but shall we like get to know eachother first, chat a bit and see do we actually not get on at all? well if you thought like me then maybe this ad is for you. I was in like a couple of bands for no time at all when I was like 19, I’m 29 now I’ve been playing music at home as a hobby for years but have always felt the want to collaborate with someone, on what? who knows, there’s no pressure. My background in music is a bit odd, I play a lot of things, mainly guitar, I know shocker, but I play bass and drums too, both of which I have here in my home music making zone shall we say, a lot of synths, drum machines, groove boxes, effects, amps, way more software than an amateur musician would ever need, I like to compose and write music on many instruments I don’t really have one I stick to although I would say the guitar is definitely my main instrument being I have like 7 of them at this point.
Anyway to cut a long story short, if you have an interest in music even if you’re a beginner or are just starting to look or revisit music, talent level isn’t important to me someone who is creative and has their own ideas is way more interesting than someone who’s shredding an EVH riff.
My music tastes are quite varied I like to make all kinds of music from punk, shoegaze and post rock to hip hop, r&b, funk and soul to edm like techno, house etc, I’m not looking to create or do anything in particular but maybe if I find some cool people we could do something that is also… cool
I live in a pretty decent size flat in town so provided you’re not an axe murderer, we can jam here, plus I have like a whole studio worth of equipment for jamming with
