We are AORTA.
An upcoming metalcore band based between South London and Hampshire. We are looking for a Drummer and Bass Player to join us so we can start gigging and playing festivals.
We are aged between mid 20s to mid 30s. We love heavy, catchy tunes. We recently released our debut tracks. You can check-out our music video for Fading From Inside Here:

WHO WE NEED:
Skill:
We need a confident bassist who can lock in tightly with drums, bring energy to live performances, and play with both precision. Experience with metalcore tone shaping (e.g. Darkglass, distortion, drop tunings) is desirable.
We need a confident drummer who can play to a click, and bring groove, bounce and banging fills to our songs. Experience with sample pads would be a bonus!
Commitment:
We rehearse twice a month in Byfleet, hold weekly meetings, and regularly collaborate (both in-person and online) to write new material. We’re after someone who’s committed, proactive, and ready to grow with us.
Creativity:
We want all members to make their mark our our tracks - including lyrics, arrangements, and ideas. We want people who’ll bring their own creativity and help shape the AORTA sound.
Familiarity with DAWs (particularly Logic) and having your own transport are highly necessary.
We will be planning a new release cycle this year, experience with content creation and social media campaigns is a plus!
