33 year old metal vocalist looking for an extreme metal band of any kind.
First things foremost I'm based on the edge of Cheshire near the Wirral and Merseyside.
I'm willing to go anywhere in Cheshire, Wirral, Merseyside, Lancashire, Shropshire etc.
Hi, I have been involved in many online music projects for years but also plenty of projects that didn't even make it beyond song 1 and have become so frustrated over time that at this point, I just want to make a band that's suitably heavy for my vocal style. I want to play live. I'm not bothered about trying to make a living out of music because I just want to enjoy it like I would any hobby, but I really want to write songs and play live shows. I'm craving it so much.
I have predominantly been in deathcore projects but I don't really have a specific requirement for subgenre, I think I have a range that could suit many subgenres whether it's death metal, deathcore, black metal, post metal, doom, grindcore, even early 2000's sounding metalcore or mathcore.....anything that's heavy as f*ck in some way shape or form. In fact to be honest I'm actually very willing to do something different to my previous work, just as long as it's still heavy.
I am able to record vocals at home as I have a Shure SM7b connected to a Scarlett interface.

Now here below is a track I featured on back in 2019. Sold soul's song Damned, which features 7 different vocalists, including Will Ramos, this was 2 years before he even joined Lorna shore. I am also in the process of finishing vocals for a one man band EP that should hopefully drop towards the end of the year.
One more practicality I must bring up is my work schedule. I never have the exact same days off work every week, but my work pattern is that I work 4 shifts in a row and then I am off work for 2 days and then repeat. If I am in a band with someone closer to me then it will be easier if say we were to jam on a night I have been working, if not then I am still more than willing to work around it.
Might I request one more thing? This may put some people off, but I am just being honest. I would prefer to not work with people heavily involved in drugs or anything else remotely controversial. No drama please, no conflict. Just music, that's all I am interested in. Not interested in all the outside noise, just the music. That's it.
