I’m a vocalist and rhythm guitarist looking to join or build something serious with a hungry alt-rock/metal/punk band.
I currently front and manage Rocky’s Cuffs, where I handle lead vocals, rhythm guitar, bookings, promotion, rehearsals, and live performance. I’ve got experience playing original rock/metal material, organising gigs, working with venues, and keeping a band moving rather than just talking about it.
Vocally, I’m strongest in heavy rock/metal territory — gritty cleans, aggressive vocals, shouting, hooks, and high-energy frontman stuff. I’m into bands and sounds with edge: alt rock, metal, punk, grunge, post-hardcore, noise rock, garage rock — anything with bite. I’m not really looking for anything too soft or overly polished, but I do love experimenting with indie, psychedelic, atmospheric, and weirder textures when it serves the song.
Looking for people who want to rehearse properly, write, gig, record, and push things forward. Doesn’t need to be perfect from day one, but it does need to have energy, taste, and ambition.
Influences/sound-world: Deftones, Royal Blood, Nirvana, Queens of the Stone Age, The Stooges, IDLES, Tame Impala, Black Sabbath, punk/garage/psych stuff.
Open to joining an existing band or starting something with the right people.
