Hello
I'm a guitarist looking for musicians to play old skool funk and soul.
Maybe working on some less well known covers to start with and then try and write some original tunes? Up for rehearsing once a week and working towards some pub gigs - (I'm not really looking to create a "functions" band doing cheesy disco funk requests at weddings).
Looking for singers, bassist, drummer, keys, percussion, horns etc with funky chops and no ego.
Age, gender etc not important but a love and understanding of late 60s - mid 70s funk and soul, and some degree of musical competence is required! (I'm a reasonably experienced and decent amateur player myself).
