Hello, I’m currently looking for singers and musicians to jam with and make music.
I used to be the drummer for a Reggae and Ska band and have performed on stages since I was 9 years old. Since my lead singer moved to Scotland I’ve struggled with not being able to make or play music with a group.
I myself produce music, sing, I’ve worked with some rappers so I do know how to rap and write rap, but I’m more into reggae, R&B, Soul, indie, rock, popular music covers, and exploring fusion.
I play the drums, guitar, bass and some piano. I’d love to work with some singers or a full band, Granted it’s not easy to find members anymore. Maybe this will help.
I do still perform with my lead singer, however it’s once in a while, whenever funds permit me making the trip up north to Scotland for a few days.
I have been on tour before, but it was to support other artists as a photographer. Oh I forgot to mention I own a media company. So photography and videography sort of come hand in hand within the musical creative arts. We also specialise in putting on nightclub and music events. We know the strategy for ticketed event sales, and I’ve personally organised a lot of pub and bar music events from 2016 until 2021 when I slowed down.
I usually rehearse at StayFree Music Studios, however am open to try other suggestions and studios.
I know a really decent recording studio and studio engineer based in Newark if recording is ever something you’d like to put on the agenda. I know the engineer personally as I’ve done work with a semi famous rapper at this studio in the past.
Like I said I’m more into mainstream music atm as that does really well at gigs, and I’d quite like to gig more as I miss the atmosphere of it all.
