Let's start a trad Irish band to play pubs / sessions London

I'm looking to find musicians who'd be up for starting a traditional Irish band to play in pubs and at sessions around the city and, who knows, maybe further afield.

Not looking to play original music really, mainly traditional Irish songs.

All ages, genders welcome - for what it's worth, i'm in my mid 30s. You also don't need to be Irish (I'm from London of Irish parents), but a desire to have a good time and give a good time is key.

I can play acoustic guitar and sing but as many of the following would be great:

Fiddle

Banjo

Tin whistle

Bodhrán

Accordion

Additional guitarists and vocalists

Anything else that fits!

Good luck with your project, there's not much of an opportunity for a bodhran player to get a paid gig. I hope you make one.

I am based in Tunbridge Wells, play guitar and sing (picking up my first bodhrán soon). Doesn’t seem to be a lot around here in terms of sessions, or local Anglo-Irish scene. Would love to start something up (equally with anyone else who has replied on this post, feel free to give me a message) ????
