Lead/riff guitarist required.. (revised ad) Biggin Hill

Hi

We are looking for a brilliant guitarist for our alternative covers/originals band.

Our former guitarist is off questing in his new vw camper, so we need to find us a new guitarist to join, and complete the line up once again.

We are currently playing Indie, Rock, and Grunge covers from the 90’s and 00’s, no cheese, no slop, only good tunes that are fun to play.
We also plan on playing original music, and we have already started to write songs as a trio, so having someone interested in that aspect would be amazing too.

This would probably suit someone in their 30’s/40’s and maybe lives within an hours commute of us.
But purely for logistical and personality compatibility, this isn’t a requirement of course.

We rehearse fortnightly in Biggin Hill, so it’s all very relaxed at the moment, but we do plan on more frequent rehearsals when possible when we find the right person.
We rehearse using in ear monitoring, which enables us to easily monitor, control our levels and record our sessions too.
The studio is kitted out, so you only need to bring your guitar/pedal board. (travel light)

No gigs planned this year at the moment, just working on songs and the set list, socials etc. The shows will be booked as soon as we all feel ready and good to go.

Although we are all experienced players, this is essentially a start up band, so if you want to jump straight into a gigging band, this may not be right for you.
Our plan is to take our time, get this band sounding incredible before we hit the circuit, not get paid to wing it, but to be exceptional value to our clients, to encourage repeat bookings and a healthy schedule.
