LEAD GUITARIST WANTED for established Birmingham Band Birmingham

We are an already established band in Birmingham with some following, 5 songs already out and a whole ep ready to be released.
Our sound started as being very Indie Rock but quickly evolved to be a heavy Pop Rock with fat guitar sounds, loud drums and a lot of production behind the songs.
We have been gigging with session guitarist for the past six months but it's time for us to find someone permanent.
We're all in our 20's and we're looking for someone who's got great technique and knowledge of the instrument. It's also very important that you got a big stage presence. Our songs are not particularly complicated but we strive to have a perfect sound live and a lot of energy.
Our goal is to be able to do music full time as soon as possible and we've got some good things coming our way.
