Hey,
We’re a new synthwave/synth-pop band based in Manchester.
Looking for a keys/synth player! Can be based anywhere at the moment as we are focused on producing for now.
Some of the main influences are The Midnight, Kavinsky, FM-84…
But also bands like The 1975. Production elements like The Weeknd, Taylor Swift and other mainstream artists who lean into synthier stuff and so on.
Obviously ‘80s stuff like Hall & Oates as well. Think of the GTA Vice City soundtrack.
However, we don’t just wanna copy/emulate the ‘80s, it can be any nostalgic feel too.
Songs we’ve written so far have been quite varied, we all like a range of different artists.

The above are just a guide. We’re in the stage of just writing stuff at the moment, have about 5-6 songs and some covers already close to done, but obviously intend to take this live as we get an audience built up online who dig the stuff.
It would be a huge bonus if you have strong production experience (in any DAW - we work in FL Studio and Logic mainly but share stems) and some ability to do backing vocals or even lead vocals occasionally if you’re interested.
We’re looking for someone with the drive and ambition to be in a big band and to make music their full time thing. We’re all on that page currently.
A good sense of humour is an absolute must as well.
