I am Paul Lynch (26) - I have been doing my solo act for around 1 and a half years and I want to set up a serious band to take me to the next level. I have played in bands and written songs for over 6 years and I feel that I am ready to take it to a professional level.
Below is a video of when I put together a one-off band for my EP launch (the saxophone player (26) still plays with me and will be in the band) and it was released a few days ago.

I am looking for a drummer and synth player for now (potentially a bassist as well), who can bring good ideas to the band, play to a high standard and potentially has some other skills (for example high quality recording or music management etc.)
I have played Eden Festival, The Bedford in Balham, Lambeth Country Show in 2017 and I organised two shows on my own where approximately 100 people turned up for my band. Although the songs are written and have parts, I would like the new members to contribute to the songs from a creative perspective and come up with your own parts. Also, I wanted to explore the possibility of moving into a more electronic style of music, so there is a lot of scope for creativity.
What we are looking for:
- State of mind: Long-term commitment, practice once a week minimum, passion for music
- Previous Experience: Must have previous band experiences (the more the better)
- Age: 21-29 (can make exceptions of course)
- Drummer - must be able to play live to a metronome
- Band members must have all their own equipment
- Backing vocals are a major plus (particularly Female!)

Please send a video of you playing on a track and let us know why you think you would be a good fit. Especially for musical tightness and commitment.
