Guitarist seeking/starting covers band, 90s/00s rock onwards Bristol/Bath/North Somerset/West Wilts

Guitarist seeking/starting a band in Bristol/Somerset/west-Wiltshire. Age range 30s/40s/50s but open minded (I'm early 40s myself)...

I'm mostly a rhythm player but I can juggle more riff-based alt/punk/indie lead work too, and happy to share lead duties with another player. I'm just not going to bring massive classic rock solos to the project.

Experienced gigging musician, comfortable and experienced playing the main Bristol venues (Fleece, Louisiana, Wolfs etc). Extremely quick learning setlists/new songs. Priority is to be gigging asap.

Looking to do covers of 90s/00s onwards rock/alt/punk/indie type stuff. Ideally slightly less obvious/predictable stuff so it feels a bit fresher/cooler. Can share a setlist I've been working on if you want to start something with me.

I'm available Mondays/Fridays/Weekends for rehearsals/gigs and willing to do this weekly.

Influences include Biffy Clyro, Twin Atlantic, Nothing But Thieves, Weezer, Smashing Pumpkins, Arctic Monkeys, Foo Fighters, Muse – anything 90s onwards that's rock or rock-adjacent and has guitars in it!
