Guitarist looking for band South Lanarkshire/ Glasgow

I am looking for a rock band to jam and gig with. I am 43 and previously played in a covers band who done a good few gigs and are still going. I decided to quit them 2 years ago due to personal reasons. I was there lead guitarist during the 9 years I played with them. I don’t have the fastest fingers so metal is not my strong suit, but I’m pretty happy to give anything a go. Not looking for a band who wants to donate all their time to gigs trying to make it as I have a job and family, just looking for something to have some fun doing.
