Gigging originals band looking for reliable drummer ASAP Cumnor/Oxford/Abingdon

Hi,

we are Nothing Dreams, a new and gigging 4-piece rock originals band based in Oxford. We have played 3 gigs so far including one in London but sadly lost our drummer unexpectedly in June- we'd had 4 further gigs booked through July and August including another in London but had to cancel them all which was devastating.

We have a tight set list and around 15 original pieces of varied style- a blend of alt rock, new wave, post-punk, grunge, blues, soul, classic rock, jangle pop I guess! We need to find someone reliable and committed to rehearsing (usually at Glasshouse Studios in Cumnor usually which is our preferred place but we can be flexible), frequent gigging and a bit of travel on a frequent basis- we are trying to get gigs beyond Oxford including London, Reading, Bristol etc but hopefully within easy travel distance. We also had planned to make some studio demos back in July so this is something we are keen to do soon.

We'd need someone willing to learn the existing critical drum patterns, some of which are quite challenging, but obviously add their own spin over time!

At least for the moment the drummer will probably not need to bring a whole kit, so a car/public transport, sticks, snare and cymbals is probably all you would need!
