Free Lead Guitarist Princess Risborough, Bucks

Aye, my names MJ! I'm a 16 (almost 17) year old female guitarist, looking to gain a few years of work experience in electric guitar performance and the music industry in general.

To earn this experience, I want to join, start practicing with, and eventually play live gigs with a band. I'm willing to do this work completely for free since these will be my first times playing for an audience. I have my own electric guitar, amp, picks, and all the other equipment I'll need, which I can bring to rehearsals and performances. I’d be happy to spend time at home practicing whatever tunes I need to know, too, or even working on original stuff to play out.

Genre wise, I’m open to anything. I’ve got good experience in playing rock, metal, and alt tunes but would be happy to learn new or more specific styles. I’ve linked some examples of my guitar playing below (including an original tune and some covers I put together):

I’m enthusiastic to work with any kind of band mates – any age or gender. It would be cool to work with people that are fairly nearby to me, but If not I’m ok traveling to wherever necessary with trains/buses/taxis.
