Female vocalist/guitarist for heavy pop-punk band Wakefield

Hi, thanks for reading.. there’s a good read to digest here but I wanted to cover everything so that we don’t waste each others time!

My name is Lucy, I’m 28 and I’m based in Wakefield.
Would like to get a band together to hopefully pursue something serious.

I have a handful of songs mostly written and ready to go and some needing input so ideally I’d like to work with people who are happy getting together and learning stuff that’s already written.

My influences are early Paramore, Tonight Alive, A Day to Remember.. that kinda vibe. Pop punk with a bit more substance and aggression.

I live on the outskirts of Wakefield and have a small space at the back of the garden that’s suitable for making a bit of noise but not ideal for a drum kit however this would be a good start for the early stages.
I have some production experience (enough to be able to record multiple tracks and create drums for song mapping purposes).

I play guitar, bass and sing and would be happy to do either one, I’m not precious about someone else singing something I’ve written, but the songs are written for a female/feminine voice (not set in stone though) and there is some screaming.

Just going to be honest about what I’d like to get out of this: I’d like to get gigging ASAP, and booking studio time.

Full disclosure:
I’m a raging, pierced and tattooed lesbian with a very dark sense of humour. But I am also very reliable, willing to commit and willing to contribute financially.
I get married in 2 months so looking to make a go of it after June, but I am available in the meantime to work on this project remotely together.
