FEMALE SINGER WANTED – NEW 80s SYNTH-POP BAND!
Love the sound of the 80s? Fancy being part of something exciting?
We’re looking for a female vocalist to join our newly formed 80s band, celebrating the electronic sounds, synth-pop classics and big anthems of the era.
Our musical influences include OMD, Tears for Fears, Duran Duran, Kraftwerk, Gary Numan, Ultravox and The Human League, alongside other iconic artists from this unforgettable decade.
We’re a trio of experienced musicians with many years of gigging behind us, using backing tracks for drums and other instruments to create a full, powerful sound.
This is a serious project with real ambition!
We’re committed to investing in the band, including lighting, stage presentation, professional on-stage technology and a high-quality showreel to help promote us and secure bookings.
Our aim is to be fully gig-ready in the New Year, ready to hit the ground running with festivals, live gigs and other opportunities.
What are we looking for?
A confident female vocalist who can deliver the songs and bring them to life on stage.
Full commitment to the project. If you’re already involved in other bands or projects that could conflict with rehearsals and gigs, this probably won’t be the right fit.
Availability to rehearse regularly and perform live.
A great personality. Someone fun, reliable and easy to get along with, who shares our enthusiasm and wants to help build something special.
What’s in it for you?
The chance to be part of an exciting new band from the ground up, working alongside experienced musicians who are easy-going but serious about creating a great live show.
If you love 80s synth-pop, enjoy performing live and want to be part of a project with genuine potential, we’d love to hear from you!
Interested? Drop us a message, or tag someone you think would be perfect for the band.
Let’s bring those classic 80s sounds back to the stage!
