EVERLY BROTHERS ACOUSTIC.

Looking for a retired male guitarist/vocalist who can sing harmonies, drives his own car, has his own acoustic guitar and would like to learn a few EVERLY BROTHERS songs for fun and to perform them at open mics as and when suits us both. This is just for fun, I'm not interested in doing any gigs at the moment, got to find the right person, so I will be holding auditions as and when ???? I'm in Malvern btw.

Sorry for the slightly sarcastic wording, but I have genuinely been contacted by people who don't have an acoustic guitar but have an electric one, don't drive and would rather do Status Quo and their dad can drop them off, not even kidding

Anyway, get in touch if you're fed up of sitting at home glued to the telly (while your old Gibson J200 sits in the case under the bed) remembering when you used to go out playing gigs in the olden days, and it was so much fun, but will never do it again. I'm just looking to do a few songs, some harmonies, have a pint or two (if your dad's picking you up or the wife , just a bit of fun, but done well, I'm a bit of a perfectionist in a musical respect, right chords, right key, right harmony kind of thing.

So drop me a line if you're sarcastic like me but love The Everly Brothers and can still tune your own guitar and find your car keys without being prompted as to their location, and we'll see if we can do something worthwhile and fun.
