This is a very rare opportunity for an experienced drummer!
We're looking for an experienced drummer who is able to commit to gigs and playing covers (the hit songs from old to new -our set list is on our website) in an established function band.
We have a rehearsal studio so it doesn't cost to rehearse. We're some 27yo friends who formed a band back in 2019 and have been gigging around the local area since (Dorking, Cobham, Oxshott, Carshalton, Weybridge, Leatherhead etc.) at pubs and weddings.
We've got a few gigs lined up so looking for someone who is committed to jumping in, working hard to get the songs down and then gigging them (we have a potential wedding gig on 10th Aug, a pub gig in Aug and 2 gigs in September)
Our current drummer will remain with us until we have a replacement.
Check out recordings (which were recorded live 3 years ago) and the set at:

We're a serious band in regards to our commitment to making our music perfect (we have some excellent testimonials and feedback from weddings and pubs, and many of our gigs come from people recommending us) and so we expect you to be dedicated to practicing (usually 2 times a week, approx 1 hour per session). We are always as flexible as we can be with times but ideally after work on weekdays (so 6pm/7pm start)
But please don't think we are 'serious' people. We're very relaxed and approachable guys and will fully welcome you. This isn't just a band to us but a family working together on a passion we all share.
I'm working on our networking and social media presence and so as a member we'd expect you to chip in and assist here too (even just contacting some pubs to enquire around bookings)
We also have a graphic designer (my girlfriend!) to support plus a group of 20+ friends and family who come to most of our gigs to support.
Our niche is cover songs (hit songs) mainly from the 70's/80's/90's/00's
Our current drummer (Rich) is leaving due to having his first child who he wishes to commit full attention to. You'll get to meet Rich too so we can show you how we currently play the set.
Look forward to hearing from you,
Lee
