Drummer Wanted for Original Established Alt Metal Band
Hi, we’re Tooth & Dagger, an established alt-metal band based in Birmingham, currently seeking a replacement drummer. We are signed to a management company and have gigs booked into 2026. We’ve released a handful of singles with another due for release in the coming months. We are currently writing our debut album, so this would be a great opportunity for someone new to come into the band and make their mark.

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is experienced and able to contribute creatively, perform live on stage and be able to work in a studio environment when it comes to production/recording.
We need someone who is able to communicate their ideas, willing to collaborate in the writing process, as well as being able to integrate their personal creativity. As well as contributing to the non-writing and performing elements of being in a band, social media, promo etc.
Most of all we are looking for the right fit for a permanent position with the band.
Requirements
• Your own transportation
• Drum Kit/Breakables
• Sample Pad (Not mandatory but would be highly beneficial)
• Ability to work within a DAW (Not mandatory but would be highly beneficial)
• Able to financially contribute a small amount each month to running of the band
• Comfortable using in ears and playing to a click with backing tracks
• Ideally in the age range of late twenties to early/mid 30’s (not a dealbreaker by any means) - we’ve all done the rounds in previous bands, toured, gigged, done it all, this isn’t our first rodeo and we’re after someone experienced who can dive in head first!
We don’t mind what kind of music you like and listen to as long as you enjoy playing and writing the music we’re making. We’re a serious project, we’re committed and all in, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. We’ve got some amazing opportunities in the pipeline for 2026, festivals etc. and we’d love to have someone on board who’s creative, committed, reliable and a good laugh!
