We are currently a four-piece (2 Guitarists, Bassist, and Vocalist) looking for a skilled and passionate drummer to complete our lineup.
We are a tight-knit group, honest people with zero egos, but are highly driven and want to take this band as far as it can go.
We are all in our early 30s, but we are completely open to anyone over the age of 18 as long as you have the drive, maturity, and skill to match the project.
Our sound fluctuates a bit within metalcore, but we try to combine the “pop-ier” side of the genre with the heaviness of newer deathcore, shoegaze and thall trends.
We are avid storytellers who focus heavily on the aesthetics and atmosphere within our music to craft compelling narratives. We like to focus as much on what the song is contributing to the overarching narrative as much as the song itself.
- Our influences include: Loathe, Thornhill, Humanity’s Last Breath, Thrown, Bad Omens, Sleep Token, Spiritbox, and Dayseeker.
We have a folder containing multiple years worth of written and partially written demos that we are happy to share.
Right now, our immediate focus is on a run of 3 inter-connected songs that we are prepping to release this year. We feel we have built a very strong foundation with a ton of potential, and we just need the right person behind the kit.
Some essentials:
- Be able to play to a click and backing tracks
- You need to be able to commit to band-related activities (rehearsals, writing sessions, eventually shows/shoots) at least a couple of times a month.
- You care about the music, the narrative, and the overall vision. You aren't strictly required to be a writer, but your creative input and ideas will always be welcomed and valued.
- Laid back, easy to get along with, and strictly no egos. We want to enjoy the time we spend making heavy music together.
- You must have your own professional gear and the ability to drive/transport yourself.
If this sounds like the right fit for you, drop us a message with a bit about yourself, your influences, and any links to your previous playing/work. Let's make some good music.
