Hi there.
I imagine you’ll probably be swamped with messages as drummers are hard to come by
My name is Calum. I have the rest of a band looking for a drummer. So myself, another guitarist a bass player and a separate vocalist.
Three of us minus the bass player were in a previous band together of which I’ll drop the link to here

Now we aren’t necessarily intending on using this stuff, we were maybe looking at doing something a little mellower but definitely still sort of punk rock adjacent which does bring me to my next point in that two of the members are in the early 30s so only a little older than you however myself and the bass player, well I just turned 39 in the bass player is 40. But hopefully the age thing doesn’t matter to you so much.
I’ve got a couple of other tracks half written that I can send you this maybe slightly more representative of the style we would be going for with the new project but none of it is set in stone yet we’ve not fully written anything.
Anyway, if you like the sound of that then let me know. Personally, I’m looking at things like Hot Water Music and The Gaslight Anthem as my main influences for this project as I say nothing set in stone and would like everyone to have some input on the songs
I actually only live up the road from you in Buckingham. Some of the other members are out Wellingborough, Kettering and Bedford Way as we were looking at potentially doing some of this remotely so we didn’t necessarily have to be in a practice room every single week.
But anyway, if any of that sounds a little bit appealing to you then let me know. Either on here or if you want to message me on WhatsApp, my number is 07887 479817
Cheers
