Drummer for Established indie Band London

Female fronted indie rock band with industry contacts and management needs motivated drummer to join the band.


If you are a good player, share our vision and the belief that our band has a potential future, you are at the right place to commit.

We would need the followings from you:

- Not being limited technically in playing a panel of beats.
- Being click friendly
- Being capable to play simple if the song needs it. (Consistency in the snare/kick pattern more important than showing off)
- Understand dynamics and be capable to also play quiet when needed. Bear in mind that you will play with a female singer who has to kick high notes for the melody to be catchy, so please be a team player and don’t overpower systematically. This doesn’t mean you can’t be loud when required.
- Be from an indie rock background, or at least have the curiosity or the interest to have the minimum culture to understand references
- Having your image together would be a bonus, if not, being open mind to work on it would be a massive advantage. (Looking interesting on stage and in the medias could also be what makes the band stand out and sell as the industry is very competitive)
- Be able to commit to one rehearsal per week. (Sometimes more for important gigs and recordings)

- last but not least. Be friendly and be nice !!! We all work hard and are passionate about music in order to achieve the same goal but we also like to work in a chilled, friendly, fun and drama free environment positive and constructive mindset would be a massive plus
