Hi there, im Tel searching for a Dorchester or very nearby Singer & Drummer to help build a new Punk band (im pretty sure i have bass player sorted), thinking classic stuff like Undertones, Sex Pistols, Buzzcocks, Ramones, Stiff litter fingers etc. I'm currently in an acoustic duo, but also want to do a full "Loud" band. Im 50 self taught guitarist and been playing in live bands since i was 18. Started off with mates in original thrash metal bands. Then the 2nd band split up and i packed music in for around a 10 year period. Then my old drummer messaged me out of the blue asking lf id set a band up with him. We set up a band Dead to Rights doing classic Rock and metal covers. Fast forward 3 years that band folded and I set up Black Sky which was mainly Black Sabbath and Judas Priest covers. Did that for a good 3 years and at the end everyone was pulling in different directions, I really wanted to get back to my roots of song writing. Using join my band I put together a group of local lads and we formed Trip Wizard. This was solely an original heavy rock band, we had a really good 5 years together. I wrote all the music and the singer did all the lyrics. After multiple issues, it all became way more hassle than it was worth. Me the bass player and singer still wanted to be active out on the local scene so we setup an all Acoustic band Bearded Brothers. Don't worry I'm not a weirdo ???? well no weirder than anyone else out there. I've got plenty of time to give to the right project. Take a look around all my stuff as it probably describes me best .
