We are an alternative synth rock 80s female fronted band.
We are reforming December Rain and we need the following experienced musicians to finish the lineup
EXPERIENCED FEMALE VOCALIST
EXPERIENCED DRUMMER
Rehearsals will be on a Friday evening 7-10pm located in Plymouth at Pirate Studios
Rehearsal fees apply . Studio fully equipped.
Singers! It’s your responsibility to provide your own top quality mic and sort out your own sound and setup.
Drummer - There is a house kit available (not its best) so advise you bring your own on first visit for obvious reasons.
As for rehearsals. We a have a 15 track set list in place, and we like to rehearse the set as a live performance.
The set list is in order as it would be played live. Treat a rehearsal as a live performance.
I’d expect you to have done your homework at home, before each rehearsal, so we are not wasting rehearsal time.
Communication is a must.
Band group chat is in place and I expect you all to keep and eye on it for gig and band info updates
Sorry if this sounds a bit military fashion, but I believe in having a successful band and live performance, it comes with discipline to a point and good communication and putting in the time to do your homework before the next rehearsal.
You get out what you put in. This is not a Mickey Mouse set up.
We do have a laugh and joke and we have no egos, and we are laid back, so don’t be frightened. At the same time, we are not here to get drunk at rehearsals or spend the night messing about.
