I'm looking to hear from the following:-
- Guitarists
- Drummers
- Keyboard players
- Male vocalist
For what I would describe as a 'Classic' rock band to join a female vocalist and bass player covering such bands as:-
Alice Cooper
Motley Crue
Heart
Kansas
Toto
Foreigner
Journey
Ratt
Pat Benetar
AC/DC
Queen
Aerosmith
Deep Purple
Rainbow
Bon Jovi
And the like.
Our Outlook:-
We will be doing this for the love of it, however that's not to say we wouldn't want it to go further. Our plan would be to put together the best show we can, and see where we end up.
What we offer:-
- Professionalism - We have run a functions band for over 10 years and played some very large events and festivals over that time. We are both extremely accomplished in our relative disciplines.
- Flexibility - We plan on getting the show to the right standard and hopefully minimising rehearsal times following that. We don't plan on committing anyone to permanent weekly rehearsals.
- Equipment - Currently we are undecided on whether to run with amps or ampless. We have the facility and experience to do both at professional level, but will be open depending on how the lineup falls together. We also use professional level equipment, and have our own PA.
- Reliability - We are both direct, straight talking and don't have time for politics. We are aiming for a kickass rock show, nothing more, nothing less.
- Personability - Alongside our hardworking nature, we are also a good laugh!
What we need from you:-
- Professional level gear
- Own transport
- Good availability
- Hardworking attitude
- Reliability
- Good sense of humour!
- Willingness to look the part!
We will be looking at rehearsals at Quad Studios in Leicester, and will be aiming for weekly rehearsals for a start.
We are early and mid-30's, but age is no issue for us. We just want the right people with the same passion for these eras of music, just like we have!
Links to videos, photos and brief biography detailing previous experience would be brilliant.
Look forward to hearing from you!
