Vocalist Wanted – Blues Recording Project
Living Room Record Club is looking for a passionate blues vocalist to collaborate on our second album.
If you love Delta blues and want to help create an authentic blues record, we'd love to hear from you. While the new album is rooted in Delta blues, it will also feature a handful of songs inspired by other blues styles.
This is not a gigging band—it's a remote recording project for people who simply enjoy making great music and releasing it on streaming platforms.
The songs are already written and arranged, but we're looking for someone with the creativity and vision to develop vocal melodies from instrumental demos, loops and partial recordings.
You'll need:
- A genuine passion for blues music.
- Confidence in writing and recording vocals remotely.
- Good-quality recording equipment capable of producing release-ready audio (mixing and mastering done by the producer later on).
- Some demos you can send us of you singing.
The album will feature guitar, bass, drums, keys, saxophone, harmonica and potentially strings.
To hear the production style, check out our debut album, One Man Clan, available on all major streaming platforms. Please note that while it's a useful reference for production quality, the new album will have a much stronger Delta blues focus.
