Bassist looking for others to play wit (alt rock/metal/punk) London (SE)

I'm a bassist (2 looking to get back to playing with other people.
Used to play bass in a jazz band in my teens, which was some of the best times I've had playing with others, I played all the time on my own too, learnt loads of covers, would make basslines, etc etc.
I now occasionally pickup the bass but desperately WANT to and NEED to play with other people again.

I'm into My Chemical Romance and stuff that makes you want to cry but in an angry way, but also stuff that gets you hyped up - that's the kind of stuff I really want to play.
I also like SOAD, Korn, Girugamesh, Aerosmyth, Slaves, Maximum the Hormone, RATM, RHCP etc...

I'm rusty but can very much still play and I pick things up really quick - I want to play with people that want to get hyped and have fun, but that are also ambitious and will push me to get better. We can start with some covers, or if you have songs of your own I'm happy to pick anything up.

I live in SE but depending on the area I can travel - ask away, you never know.
