Bass Player required for busy Party/Dance/Soul band Lichfield

Hi, Ruby Bridge are a busy 4-piece Party/Dance/Soul covers band based in Lichfield on the lookout for a replacement Bass player. Our current Bass player has decided to move onto something different but will be covering forthcoming gigs until a replacement is ready to go. Ideally, we are looking for someone who is Lichfield based, or within a short radius thereof. The ability to provide backing vocals would be a bonus. Obviously, given the type of music, we’re looking for someone who is versatile and capable of tackling the genres mentioned. Our ‘on stage’ volume is fairly modest, as we do utilise both an electronic kit and backing track keyboards, so there would be an expectation for you to embrace this way of working. Be aware that the core of our work is pubs and clubs, but we do the odd function here and there. We are currently playing on average 3 to 4 gigs per month, which is a big commitment, so we would ask that if you fancy getting in touch be sure you are able to handle such. Monogamy is a good thing, so if you’re already tied to a band, and thinking of running this alongside other projects you’re probably not gonna be the one for us!
