On a serious note, I've replied to a few of these "musicians wanted" ads (not the OP by the way) and never heard a single word back, not even a "thanks for replying" or a "thank you for your interest but the position has been filled". Which only reinforces my belief that most "musicians" are actually just self-centred [censored]...
