Favourite bands include Talking Heads, The Smiths, Talk Talk, R.E.M., XTC, Wilco, Kate Bush, The Beatles, Joy Division, New Order, Radiohead, Paul Weller, David Bowie, Pixies, Elliott Smith, Grandaddy, Blur, The Rolling Stones, Nick Drake, Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, Joni Mitchell, The Kinks, Squeeze, Neil Young, Elvis Costello, Tom Petty, Led Zeppelin, Madness and Dry Cleaning.
