We’re currently looking for musicians in the field of Folk/Blues and Americana to fill the following positions;
Drummer (Comfortable on sticks as well as basic brushes)
Second Guitarist (Comfortable with rhythm guitar as well as a few lead parts)
Keys Player (Ideally with a basic knowledge of guitar or a willingness to learn)
Bass Player (Double bassist would be great but please apply regardless)
Ideally we’re looking for musicians sympathetic to the genre who are easy to get on with and happy to pull together. The dates are below and any applicant must be able to fulfill the entire trip;
Rehearsals – April 20th – 23rd 2020
On The Road – April 24th – October 20th 2020
Applicants will be required to perform on a day to day basis as well as help to transport and set up equipment.
Accommodation will be provided throughout the tour and during rehearsals as well as 3 meals a day during rehearsals and occasional meals thereafter. Every member in the band will be paid the same amount, £300 per week and will also be subject to bonuses dependent on sales.
Travel will need to be arranged to the rehearsal space (UK destination to be confirmed) and from there on in, travel will be taken care of by ourselves until the final day where we will try to drop everyone off at a mutually convenient location.
Further information on how to apply and full job description can be found via this link – https://tinymountainrecords.co.uk/european-tour-2020-application
Applicants will need to submit a video of themselves playing along to one of the tracks which will be available to download at the above link along with sheet music for guitarists/chord charts for bassists/keys players as well as mp3’s and a short application form. Audio quality only needs to be basic so iphone’s/laptops etc will be fine as long as the instrument is distinguishable. If you have any other skills asides from your chosen instrument (backing vocals/tech) that may be useful, then please let us know as well. You will also need a valid passport to allow travel throughout Europe.
Again to apply, please follow the link for instructions but if you need any further information, please get in contact at info@tinymountainrecords.co.uk. Applications will need to be completed and submitted by the 9th of March.
Many thanks,
Joe and Beth
